- Observation(s): General sanitation unsatisfactory. Corrective Action: Handles of cooling equipment throughout facility needs to be cleaned, sanitized, and added to daily cleaning schedule. High touch surfaces, such as these, must be sanitized at least every 4 hours during operating hours.

- Observation(s): Quats dispenser was dispensing almost zero sanitizer as verified by test strips and needs to be repaired. As such there was near zero sanitizer in the quats sanitizer spray bottles and 3 compartment sink as they are filled from the quats dispenser. Repair dispenser immediately.
