      • The glasswasher sanitizer concentration was too high. The sanitizer measured approximately 50ppm iodine at dish level. Staff was instructed to rinse all glasses after sanitizing or use the dishwasher located in the kitchen. Repair the dishwasher and ensure the iodine concentration is between 12.5-25ppm.
