- Clippers and scissors were found at stations with a large amount of visible hair remnants, which would prevent effective disinfection by Clippercide. Operator was instructed to clean these, visually inspect them, and then follow manufacturer's disinfection steps.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Wax pot showed visible hair remnants, which was evidence of double-dipping and thus contaminating the bulk supply. Operator was instructed to throw out the remaining wax, clean the pot, use waxing sticks only once, and ensure wax is protected from contamination.
