      • The chlorine concentration measured 0 ppm, as the container was found empty. The operator was initially unaware; however, a new sanitizer container was installed upon request by the PHI. The sanitizer concentration was verified to exceed 200 ppm initially, and the operator subsequently provided photographic evidence via email confirming a concentration of 100 ppm.

      • ***There was expired milk present (dated Feb 1). Brought to the staff's attention and they discarded immediately.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • ***The sanitizer for the front end cleaning cloths was 50ppm Quat solution. The sanitizer on the cook line was 100ppm Quat solution. The sanitizer dilution station was dispensing a 200ppm concertation. Staff indicated that they change the solution every 2 to 3 hours. Ensure that the sanitizer solutions are changed often enough to maintain an effective concertation.
