- The operator failed to notify Alberta Health Services (AHS) regarding the change of ownership. The operator was instructed to submit a new Personal Services Notification through the AHS website.

- The operator was observed using a low-level disinfectant to clean pedicure basins. The operator was instructed to use a high-level disinfectant, which they had on site (Preempt-RTU). The operator was instructed to disinfect all pedicure basins with the new high-level disinfectant while observed by PHI.

CS20 manufacturer's directions state that products should be washed, rinsed, dried, soaked in undiluted CS20 for 20 minutes, rinsed, then dried. Please discontinue the use of soap after disinfection.
