      • Mini bar cooler does not have a thermometer for monitoring cooler temperature. Purchase a thermometer to be used for the cooler.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • PreEmpt disinfectant cannot be used for sanitizing food/beverage surface for bar area. Provided guidance onsite for preparing a chlorine sanitizer for use. Prepare 1/2 tsp of plain unscented bleach to 1 litre of water into a spray bottle for preparing a food-safe chlorine sanitizer for use. Solution needs to be tested for each preparation and should be @100 ppm chlorine. **Purchase chlorine test strips for checking final chlorine solution is @100 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Bar counter has a designated handsink for handwashing. Paper towel roll requires to be installed into a dispenser.Recommended to operator to purchase an upright paper towel holder for use.
