- Dirty reusable wiping cloths were observed on food contact surfaces. Reusable wiping cloths must be stored in a bucket of sanitizing solution maintained at appropriate concentration.

- Boxes of meat were stored on the floor of the walk in freezer.Please store all foods at least 6'' off the floor to prevent contamination.

- A frozen pack of salsa sauce was being thawed at room temperature in the handwashing sink. The pack of salsa was placed back in the cooler at the time of inspection High risk foods must be safely thawed using one of the following methods.- In the cooler while ensuring raw meat is stored below ready to eat foods - Under running cold water - In a microwave, make sure to cook foods right away after they’re thawed. - Cook foods from frozen

- Small insects were observed in the dishwashing area. The food establishment must be free from pests. If the operator is unable to implement effective measures to prevent pest harborage, the services of a pest control company will be required.

- The space between the two upright coolers in the kitchen was dirty. Dust and food debris was observed in this area. Please clean.

- The water was dripping down the ceiling by the front bar area. The operator indicated that the roof was leaking.Identify the leak and repair. Remove any water damaged parts that can't be repaired. Provide a receipt from the repair company that the leak is fixed and the water damaged parts are either replaced or remediated.The kitchen epoxy floor was damaged in many areas exposing concrete below. Repair the kitchen floor so it is smooth, easily cleanable and waterproof.There is small piece of ceiling by the kitchen hood that is not finished.Finish the ceiling piece is water resistant.
