      • The sanitizer bottle was not labelled to identify the contents.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • A temporary hot-holding unit (chafing dish) was being used in the event. Three (3) hot dogs were stored in the unit. The food items were discarded during the inspection.
