      • Updates from February 21, 2025: The water pipeline has been connected to the fire hydrant as of 20/Feb/2021 afternoon. The city is scheduled to test the water, and the school is awaiting the results. If the water is deemed safe, the school caretakers will test the water for drinking, flush all pipes, and confirm if the water is usable.- Updates from 20/Feb/2025: Handwashing stations are ready for use and are located in both the girls' and boys' washrooms. These were delivered on 19/Feb/2025 afternoon. Children will be able to use these stations independently starting 20/Feb/2025.- One child at a time will use the washroom.

      • - Handwashing stations are ready for use and are located in both the girls' and boys' washrooms. These were delivered on 19/Feb/2025 afternoon. Children will be able to use these stations independently starting 20/Feb/2025.- One child at a time will use the washroom.

      • - No water was available for handwashing in the facility. Flushing was assisted by hauling water from the water wagon and storing it in a larger bin, with staff members helping to flush the toilets using smaller buckets. Children and staff were using hand sanitizer.*Hand sanitizer does not replace handwashing. Ensure water is available for handwashing until the pipeline is fixed.**A water jug was placed in the washroom for handwashing, and staff members assisted children in washing their hands.Staff should provide a temporary handwashing station or water jugs in both male and female washrooms until running water is available.
