     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat residue observed on the meat slicer. These conditions can promote microbial growth and result in the cross contamination of other products.
     • Corrective action: Wash/rinse/sanitize the components of the meat slicer after disassembly. Use sanitizer solution of 100ppm Chlorine (1/2 teaspoon of bleach for 1L of water). Ensure adequate clean/sanitation of equipment every 2 hours when in use.

     • Observation: Mouse droppings observed along the walls/edges of premises. Abell pest control company conducts inspections every 3-4 weeks, the reports of which were reviewed. Sticky traps and live traps are placed throughout premises and bait boxes outside.
     • Corrective action: Clean/sanitize areas in which droppings were observed. Regularly clean all hard to reach areas and leave no food residue that may attract pests.
