      • Observation: 1. Bleach sanitizer solution bottle in kitchen tested at 0 ppm using test strips.
      • 2. Sink/surface cleaner dispenser in kitchen is not working properly.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Dilute 1 cop full of bleach to 1 Litre of water for bleach solution. Bleach solution bottle in the kitchen and sanitizer bucket should be in the front in bar area to sanitize coffee wand and food contact surfaces.
      • 2. Repair dispenser immediately.

      • Observation: 1. Handwashing station in kitchen had no working liquid soap dispenser.
      • 2. Handwashing station in bar area was observed to have no paper towels. Rag was used.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair liquid soap dispenser immediately.
      • 2. Ensure handwashing sinks have fully stocked single use paper towels to properly dry hands. Rags can promote bacteria growth which can contaminate hands.

      • Observation: Ceiling lights observed to have no covers during inspection
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure lights have covers to prevent shards from dropping in foods and food contact surfaces

      • Observation: Minor mice droppings observed behind boxes in storage room, along bottom of walls in kitchen, and in between/behind equipment in bar area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Wet clean with gloves and sanitizer. Mice droppings and deep clean areas with activity from pests. Use bleach solution to sanitize areas noted. Seal all cracks and crevices to prevent further entry.
