      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep cooler storing breakfast burritos, sauce and condiments measured at 13.6 degrees Celsius. This can present a health hazard as these temperature conditions allow for growth of bacteria that may cause foodborne illness.
      • Corrected during inspection: Burritos, ranch sauce moved to the walk-in cooler as they were placed inside of the prep cooler during the morning of the inspection.

      • Observation: Prep cooler used for storage of burritos, condiments, veggies not able to achieve 4 degrees Celsius. Equipment must be able to cool foods to 4 degrees Celsius or less to maintain food safety.
      • Corrective action: Prep cooler is to be serviced. No potentially hazardous foods are to be stored inside of this cooler until it has been repaired.
