      • At the hair stations, tools such as combs were not fully submerged inside the barbicide solution. Staff was instructed to full the barbicide containers to the top and ensure all the tools are properly submerged inside the disinfectant for proper disinfection.

      • Facility is using PREempt RTU for disinfection of client chairs, surfaces. RTU bottle was expired (November 2025). Please get the new supplies.
