      • 1. There were several reachable parts of the wall within the infant room that had unfinished paint. 2. There was disrepair observed on a couch and changing pad within the toddler room. 3. There was disrepair on the changing pad in the infant room. **Have these items/areas repaired/re-finished/replaced to ensure they remain smooth, cleanable, and free of any hazards.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • A staff in the toddler room was observed to use gloved hands to touch surfaces in the room after assisting a child to wash their hands following diapering procedure. **After the child has been removed from the diapering area:1. Remove gloves 2. Wash all parts of hands with soap and water. 3. Clean and disinfect the changing surface.4. Wash all parts of hands with soap and water.
