      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Extensive amount of rodent droppings and chewed products on shelves for sale to the public
      • Corrective Action(s): All products on the shelf were inspected and many products were discarded such as rice, rice flakes, Dal.

      • Observation: Pest control in place but does not appear to be effective
      • Corrective Action(s): Provide all pest control reports from Nov 2024 until now to EHO. Staff need to be checking all food every morning and discarding all products that are being chewed.

      • Observation: Pest control company still has not been done an inspection of the facility or placed traps
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure a pest control company comes in by Monday Nov 18/24 or enforcement action will be taken. The rodent issue must be addressed immediately.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several bags of rice and other dried food products have been chewed.
      • Open box of butcher paper has rodent droppings in it.
      • Corrective Action(s): All food items that have been chewed have been discarded as well as the box of butcher paper with the rodent droppings it in.

      • Observation: Rodent droppings seen throughout the facility as well as food that has been chewed.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have pest control come in and provide professional pest traps and service such as plugging holes etc
      • -Discard all food that has been chewed or packaged that has rodent droppings on it.

      • Corrective Action(s): Extensive cleaning to remove rodent droppings required
      • -Clean all floors, shelves and surfaces with hot soapy water then with bleach sanitizer
      • -Clean and sanitize all food trays BEFORE and AFTER use, as rodents droppings were found on the shelves. Do not place food on the trays until they have been cleaned and sanitized
      • -all food equipment, tools, utensils and counters must be cleaned and sanitizer BEFORE they are used each morning to ensure they are clean and sanitary
