  - Observation: Strong bleach soluton was found stored in "Eco pure" all purpose cleaner and "Oasis" sanitizer bottles.
  - Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all spray bottles of bleach, sanitizer ( Oasis) and cleaning agents (de greaser, all purpose cleaner etc.) are accurately labelled. Please check all bottles to see if they contain the correct cleaner/sanitizer.
  - Use only 2 teaspoons of bleach per Litre of water to make bleach water sanitizer.( immediately)
