      • There is no phone at or near the pool and no signage indicating the location of an accessible phone. Ensure a phone is accessible, at all times during pool hours of operation, to patrons and ensure signage is posted to inform patrons of the phone's location.

      • Update: sample was submitted on July 21, results are pending. No samples have been submitted for the 2026 season. It was indicated that the pool was sporadically open in June with no samples on file through to July 22. Closure order issued until a satisfactory sample has been submitted.
    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • FAC was tested twice and found to be below 1 ppm. Chemicals were adjusted and FAC was then found to be 1.4 ppmpH 7.48CYA was 0
    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Total alkalinity was above the limit of 180. Adjustments made brought the level down to 143 ppm.
    • 11. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit?
      • Pool permit was being stored in the pumphouse and not visible to bathers. Permit was posted outside on the wall outside in the pool enclosure.
