Hands down the best chicken spot in Kelowna. The chicken was unreal—crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. You can tell they don’t cut corners. What really set this place apart though was the service. Friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a huge difference. You feel like they actually care about your experience, not just pushing orders out the door. If you’re even remotely into good chicken, this place is a must-try. I’ll be back without question.

This is my first time trying this spot and honestly not bad. The portion is decent, you get what you pay for. Everything is fulfilled as description. However, the price has not been updated yet here, meaning that this burger/sandwich actually costs 10.50 while the menu posted charged 8.99. I was a bit surprised at first cause I always searched for the menu+price before choosing the place. The owner should notice about this! The burger in general was tasty in spice. I bought in store but the chicken platter was not crispy, just being warmed up. The bread was unfortunately not toasted well, affecting the flavor overall. For a 10 dollars burger and 15 mins waiting, I expect everything to be crispy and hot. Yes, it is a worth trying experience. The space is clean and spacious. But I will consider coming back if the quality is highly improved.

Definitely worth the drive!! We're staying for a few days just on the outskirts of Kelowna and we drove into Kelowna for some spicy fried chicken and definitely glad we made the trip!! OMG this chicken was absolutely delicious, crunchy, juicy and HUGE. I'm actually sad I'm not a local now. My children loved the chicken strips and fries. Popeyes has some serious competition- sorry Popeyes, there's no match here, Alcatraz for the Win!! Grateful we have some leftovers now! The customer service was amazing and, I'm guessing the owner, ensured we were happy. Thank you so much! And I hope one day we'll see more of these delicious chicken restaurants 😉🥰 Till the next time we visit, thank you for the amazing Lunch!!

Price average, service excellent, food was great. I bought a spicy chicken burger and the patty seemed larger than average. Wasn't too spicy I'd like an option for more heat. Had both regular and spicy fries both tasted great. Bought a 4 piece chicken meal with macaroni salad. The macaroni salad was a bit small but tasted ok. The four pieces of chicken seemed to have a good amount of meat. The breading is somewhat unique.. It's a sort of crumbly shake and bake style and the taste is good. The coffee was excellent it's freshly ground from beans as they serve it. I had a French vanilla. I found the coffee size to be small. Ordered a large but it was less than a standard mug that you'd have in your kitchen. Overall satisfied.. Will eventually go again.

We tried their infused spicy chicken broast meal, and it was both flavorful and great value for the price. The service was excellent, and the staff member who assisted us was exceptionally friendly

First time ever and was recommended by a friend. The place was clean staff was friendly. They kept reassuring me that my food was "almost ready". I was in no rush but I appreciated them wanting me to get my food right away. The tenders were crispy and the chicken was juicy. I kept seeing the staff asking how their food was to other customers while I wanted. All I kept hearing was how amazing their chicken was. I highly recommend this restaurant and the staff will make you feel welcomed here

Wow the flavor is incredible! I got the six piece chicken tender spicy. It's definitely not "too" spicy. More flavourful than anything. If you are ever in the area, you definitely need to check this place out! When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. The customer service is outstanding and to top it off. It's very affordable. You honestly can't beat this place!
