- Dishwashing sink was completely blocked by the renovation material.Discussed the cleaning and sanitization of utensils used in baking and repackaging of food items.(Dishwashing was observed in handwashing sink).Operator was asked to stop all the food handling and preparation including re-packaging until the renovations are complete.only pre-packaged grocery item and whole produce can be sold.Operator agreed to PHI instructions.
