      • *There was no prepared sanitizing solution at the start of inspection.Sanitizer solution measured at 100 ppm (chlorine) was made during the inspection.If reusable cloths are used for wiping surfaces, store them in sanitizer bucket after each use.**Resource will be shared for use of wiping cloths**.Obtain appropriate test strips to verify the sanitizer concentration, as and when required.A prepared sanitizer solution must be present at all work stations, during the active food handling for sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment.

      • Following conditions were noted regarding the storage of food items in the facility:1) Baked bread were stored directly on the shelves without any container or packaging.2) There was no clear partition between food and non-food items storage.3) Food was observed to be stored in open packages.4) Single use customer use containers were observed to be stored on the fridge in unsanitary manner.Following actions are required:1) All the ready to eat food products must be stored in closed container or packaging to avoid any cross contamination.2) Store all the food items away from non-food items.3) Store food in closed containers with tight fitting lids.4) Single use packaging containers must be stored in clean and sanitary manner. Soiled container can be discarded.

      • -Overall, the facility required cleaning and organization.Action required:-Clean the floor, -behind the preparation area, cooking lines, dishwashing area, inside of all the coolers.-handles of the coolers-Food storage containers.-Remove all the extra utensils and equipment from the f0r easy cleaning and organization.-Please prepare your cleaning schedule checklist to ensure that all the areas are getting cleaned on a regular basis.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The Hisense refrigerator in the storage area was measured at 6.2°C. Asked the operator to move all meats and cheese to a different cooler. Please ensure that no food is stored in that refrigerator until it can maintain a temperature of 4°C or lower. Regular monitoring of the coolers is also required.

      • Invalid permit posted on-site. Please ensure valid food permit is posted which is visible to the public.

      • Please make sure to clean the following areas to prevent further buildup:1.) Flour debris was found on the flour bins.2.) Food debris was observed on the cooling racks. 3.) Hard-to-reach areas and the space beneath cooking equipment need cleaning and sanitizing.
