    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Following conditions were noted regarding the food storage:1) Certain food items were stored directly on the floor.2) There was no clear separation of chemicals and non-food items in the food storage area. 3) Scoops were stored inside the food containers in contact with food.4) Meat slicer was stored in the mop sink area.5) Food packaging material was not protected from contamination during storage.Please note that contamination of food, food ingredients, equipment, and non-food materials can occur during the improper storage.Concerns were discussed with operator onsite.Make sure to follow appropriate storage practices.

      • Sanitizer bottle was unlabeled.Bottle was labelled during the inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Food spillage and grease was observed around and under the coolers, ovens and kitchen counters.Make sure to deep clean and sanitize the indicated areas.
