- The weatherstripping of the main entrance door and the adjacent overhead door was observed with gaps allowing daylight to enter. Repair or replace the weatherstripping to ensure it is in good condition preventing pest entry.

- Pest control was indicated as monitoring traps throughout the facility daily. There are no records maintained.Ensure that pest control records are maintained. The AHS pest control checklist was provided along with the report to help facilitate documentation.
