      • A used cleaning cloth was observed to be stored on top of the sanitizer solution container. A facility operator moved the cloth to be submerged in the sanitizer solution.

      • Boxes of packaged coffee beans were observed store on directly on the floor near the office room. A facility operator placed the boxes on top of plastic milk crates.Ensure all food items are stored above the floor to prevent contamination.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Utensils such as tongs were observed cleaned after serving a customer and sprayed with a sanitizer solution and immediately wiped it off with paper towel.The operator was educated on the proper cleaning and sanitizing method. Ensure that the proper dishwashing procedures are followed. More information was provided along with the report.

      • The gasket of the small cooler was observed with accumulated debris. A facility operator cleaned and sanitized the gasket during the inspection.

      • Quat sanitizer solution was measured at a 0ppm concentration. The facility operator indicated sanitizer solutions are remade every two hours and a new quat concentrated container was opened recently. The facility operator made a new batch of sanitizer solution, and the concentration was measured at 200ppm. Ensure every new batch of sanitizer solution is tested to meet the required minimum sanitizing concentration, for a Quats solution it is at 200ppm.

      • The taped surface of the counter holding the hold holding food equipment was starting to peel off.The tape on the counter was being pulled off during the inspection.Ensure that surfaces are smooth, durable, and easy to clean.

      • Two surface sanitizer spray bottles were not labeled with their contentsFacility operator added a sticker label "sanitizer" on both bottles. Ensure that all chemicals and their containers are labelled to identify the contents to prevent chemical contamination on food items.

      • The door seal of the walk-in cooler was in disrepair and did not close properly.Replace the door seal and ensure that the door seal is maintained in good condition.
