- A number of tabletops in different classrooms are in disrepair. Surfaces are no longer cleanable.Please repair or replace tables so that they are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

- Hot water temperature in out of school care bathroom and in toddler 3-4 room was above 54.3C. Water temperatures at taps accessible to children should not exceed 54°C (recommended 49°C) to prevent scalding.

- 1. Water table and non-cleanable items (natural items such egg cartons and pinecones) are stored in bathrooms.2. Diapering mat was stored directly up against a toilet.Bathrooms are considered high-risk areas for contamination and are not appropriate storage locations for children's play materials. Research has demonstrated that flushing toilets can generate aerosolized droplets and particles that may spread microorganisms onto nearby surfaces, with contamination potentially occurring several feet from the toilet. Storing the water table, non-cleanable natural materials, and diapering mat in close proximity to toilets increases the risk of contamination and may compromise the sanitary condition of items used by children.Please relocated these items to another storage area.
