      • The hand sink was blocked by a table. Operator noted that this is not the regular place for this table, however, the violation has occurred previously, indicating this is a reoccurring problem.ACTION:Handwashing at the side of the sink is not acceptable.Do NOT block handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks should be fully accessible at all times to encourage hand washing.

      • The hand sink is very slow to drain during normal water flow, indicating a blockage in the drainage piping.

      • The handwashing sink did not have soap and was not accessible to the food handlers.- Please ensure no equipment is stored on top of the handwashing sink blocking its accessibility and ensure that the handwashing sink is equipped with soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water.

      • - The facility has a three-compartment sink in place. - The three-compartment method was reviewed with the employee to ensure adequate dirty-to-clean flow was present. - Please ensure that sinks are being utilized in the manner to adequately wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry the equipment and utensils.

      • - Valid chlorine test strips were not observed at the time of inspection.
