      • *High level Chlorine test strips were not available onsite. Please make sure high level chlorine test strips are available onsite.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • * There was no thermometer in the fridge downstairs room. Children's lunches are stored in the fridge.Please ensure thermometer is place in the fridge and daily temperature of the fridge is taken and recorded onsite.

      • One of the shelves bottom board was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired.

      • *Child safety doorknob at the storage room door downstairs by the washroom was broken. Please make sure it is replaced.*Blue big carpet in the upstairs room was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired/replaced.

      • Noted Purexall disinfectant5 bottle in upstairs room was expired. Removed during the inspection. Please make sure any expired disinfectant bottles are removed from the facility and not used. Facility has alternative sanitizer solution (Bleach water 100 ppm and 1000ppm) which also used for sanitizing surfaces.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • *Blue square table surface in upstairs room was peeling off. Please repair it. *Some of play debris had food debris on them. Please make sure they are cleaned and sanitized. *Wall paint in the downstairs room below the window was not in good repairs. Please repaint the surface. * Some of the hangers fell off. Operator placed the temporary ones while the repairs are completed. Repairs are in progress. * Some of the soft toys such as foam toys and foam building blocks were not in good repair, please make sure damaged toys are removed and toys which cannot be cleaned and sanitized should be discontinued.*Some of the floor mats in the music room were not in good repair. Please any damaged equipment are discarded.

      • * Some of the soft toys such as foam toys and foam building blocks were not in good repair, please make sure damaged toys are removed and toys which cannot be cleaned and sanitized should be discontinued.

      • Scissors are stored in the lower part of cabinet was accessible to kids in Casa 2 room.-Room teacher did store scissors higher level in the cabinet do prevent any injury of child. Operator will place a lock at the cabinet to prevent child to reach any hazardous material.
    • 05. Are communicable diseases at this facility being properly managed?
      • Lysol wipes for being used as a disinfectant for diaper changing surface. Bleach water solution with 100ppm concentration was also available. *Please make sure Bleach - water solution with 100 ppm concentration is used for diaper changing surface.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • *No hand soap at the kitchen hand washing sink.Please make sure hand soap is also available at the kitchen sink.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Hand washing cabinet door was water damaged. Please repair it.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Dish sponges were used as a play equipment for one of the option play displays. Sponge was not in a good shape/condition. Room teacher discarded during the inspection.Please make sure dish sponges are discarded after the play project is done for the day to prevent spreading of diseases /illnesses. Please make sure kids wash their hands before and after playing with the sponges.
