Information of CS20 disinfectant cleaning procedures was provided to operator onsite. *Diluted Saber surface disinfectant bottles are not labelled adequately.Please make sure refilled bottles are labelled adequately, name and contact time. * There were no test strips for Saber disinfectant solution. Please make sure test strips are available for Saber.*Recording of CS20 was not available onsite. Please make sure CS20 disinfectant solution is tested daily and records are required to be kept .
