- No written procedure for sink in the lashes room for hand sink and also used as processing sink. Information provided to operator.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- *Noted during the inspection that reusable lashes tools are properly cleaned before leave in the disinfectant solution. Please make sure cleaning and disinfectant of the reusable tools are done properly. Information of CS20 disinfectant cleaning procedures was provided to operator onsite. *Diluted Saber surface disinfectant bottles are not labelled adequately.Please make sure refilled bottles are labelled adequately, name and contact time. * There were no test strips for Saber disinfectant solution. Please make sure test strips are available for Saber.*Recording of CS20 was not available onsite. Please make sure CS20 disinfectant solution is tested daily and records are required to be kept .
