      • Caulking at the dishwashing area was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired.It was still outstanding on Oct. 17, 2025. Please make sure it is properly addressed.

      • * Seal in the exhaust canopy was falling off, not in good repair anymore. Please ensure it is removed and repaired.

      • *Couple of frozen potato bags were on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Corrected during the inspection, Operator placed them on the shelf above the floor.*There was hat on the shelf in the walk-in cooler. Corrected during the inspection. Operator removed the hat from the walk-in cooler.

      • Day light at the back door was visible. Weather stripping at the back door was not in good repair. Please repair it to prevent the pest entry.
