      • 1. Operator wasn't able to produce the written procedure for:- Skin cleansing- Skin antisepsis- The operation of mobile sink. Operator was provided with the Written Procedure templates during the inspection.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please complete the templates noted above.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1. Operator was using CS20 to disinfect microblading handle and was using the poured CS20 for more than one day without testing and recording the test in a log.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please follow Manufacturer's Instructions For Use. If CS20 is used for more than one day, it needs to be tested daily with the 7% Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide test strips. Tests must be recorded in a log sheet. Otherwise, CS20 must be discarded at end of day, if not planning to reuse poured solution. 2. Or, switch to low/intermediate level disinfectant.
