      • Initially cited November 5, 2019: Some floor and wall tiles near the upright freezer close to the dishwasher sinks and in front of the slushie machines were observed broken. Repair the broken tiles in the facility. Cited May 2022: The ceiling in the walk-in coolers have rust and is in disrepair.November 28, 2022 update: Violations still outstanding. The operator stated renovations are being conducted in December and they may have the wall and floor fixed then.July 26, 2023 update: wall near 3 compartment sink fixed. Flooring near dishwashing sinks and in front of slushie machine and ceiling in walk in coolers still need to be repaired. Owner did not have set date from contractors on when it would be completed.
