- Two containers of cooked pasta in the walk in cooler had mold on it. Please discard food. Ensure all food is properly labelled with dates.Large amount of sub sauce was sitting on the counter top near grill area. Staff mentioned that sauce was oil and vinaigrette dressing. Staff discarded product at time of inspection. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are kept refrigerated for long period of time.Apple cider vinegar was stored in spray bottles. Ensure spray bottles are made of food grade material and are labelled.

- The slicer had food debris (tomato) underneath the blade and near countertop. Please take part the slicer, clean, and sanitize completely after each use.Quats measured <200 ppm in sanitizer spray bottles located in the kitchen and Clubhouse lounge. Staff discarded solutions at time of inspection.

- No thermometer was found in the red bull mini cooler that was storing condiments. Please install thermometer.Staff have templates for recording temperatures but no actual temperatures are being recorded. Please record temperatures daily.

- There were a few flies noted in the kitchen. Fly light noted on wall of kitchen or away from food areas. Please purchase fly sticky traps and install in non-food areas of the kitchen.

- Grease and food debris found underneath deep fryers. The wall had a buildup of grease on lower wall behind grill area. Please clean mentioned areas.

- The Sanitizer concentration for the dishwasher was inadequate. A test strip was used and 0 parts per million chlorine found.It appears that the sanitizer line may be plugged.Please have the dishwasher serviced or repaired to ensure it is dispensing 100 parts per million chlorine for proper sanitizing of dishes.Please correct by Friday March 28th.In the meantime manual sanitizing of dishes must be done, use half teaspoon of bleach per liter of water in the 3rd compartment sink.

- 1- The floor under the deep fryers in the kitchen has an oil spill on it. This poses a slip hazard and needs to be cleaned up as soon as possible. 2- The floor in the Clubhouse Walk-in Cooler is sticky after a spill from one of the beer kegs. Please give this area a thorough cleaning.

- The sanitizer concentration for the dishwasher and glasswasher was at 0 ppm chlorine.Draw lines for both sanitizer containers were not in the sanitizer container enough to pull sanitizer solution.Tubes were put down into the sanitizer container at time of inspection and pump / line primed.This issue would be prevented with daily checks and recording of results on a log sheet as is required.Please ensue that daily checks and documentation are carried out going forward.Test strips are available for verification.Please record daily check results on a log sheet.

- The sanitizer concentration for the glass washer was tested and found to be at 0 ppm chlorine.Please have the machine checked and adjusted or repaired as needed to ensure 100 parts per million chlorine.Correct by Sep 29 2023.In the meantime glasses will be washed in the dishwasher.
