Ensure the recessed wall is finished and fitted with a door, and ensure all surrounding surfaces are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and maintained in good repair.3. - 1. The walk-in freezer has a pool of frozen water in one corner, indicating a potential leak. A trail of ice buildup is also observed extending from a pipe into the ceiling area.2. The walk-in cooler has water pooling on both the left and right sides near the door. In addition, two hose clamps on the condenser appear to be leaking.1-2. Ensure the walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler are free of leaks, water accumulation, and ice buildup, and are maintained in good repair.3. The door seal on the lower section of the walk-in cooler is in disrepair, allowing warm air to enter the unit.3.
