- Light bulb plastic covers in the walk-in cooler were cracked or partially broken, exposing the bulb beneath. Please replace the light covers as to protect the bulb from shattering and potentially contaminating food items.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- 1. Weatherstripping on the ice machine and coolers are beginning to wear and fall apart. Please replace weatherstripping in food equipment to ensure food is protected and equipment is in good, working condition.2. Meat slicer had food debris on the inside of the machine, behind the blade. Please ensure that the meat slicer is taken apart and all the removable components are washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Please ensure that the parts that cannot be removed are adequately cleaned, rid of soil and food debris, and sanitized with an approved sanitizer at an appropriate concentration.

- Bags of flour in the storage room are kept in their original paper packaging, with one bag being stored on the floor.Please ensure that food is protected from contamination by not storing it on the floor and moving bulk food items from their original packaging into food safe storage containers.
