- -Backpacks in the Pre-school Room were being stored in a pile on the floor instead of cubbies. They were moved to cubbies at the time of inspection.

- 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
- -There was a diaper mat stored on the floor in the upstairs washroom. Please ensure the diaper mat is stored out of children's reach and that it is cleaned and disinfected on both sides after each use.
- 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
- It was observed that paper towels were missing in the hand washing sink at pre-school washroom.It was corrected during inspection, staff restocked the paper towels.
- 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
- It was observed that first aid kit available in the facility was not fully stocked. Make sure that first kid kit has all the necessary supplies. (List will be provided in the e-mail).

- Bleach spray bottles labelled as 1000ppm were measured at 0 ppm.Staff was instructed to discard the bleach solution and make new solution.New solution was measured at 1000 ppm.Test strips were available.Ensure that bleach solution is made fresh daily and test strips are used to verify the concentration.

- During the inspection it was observed that facility is using re-usable cloths for cleaning surfaces. The used cloths were observed on multiple surfaces throughout the facility.Dirty and used cloths bins were not maintained.Make sure that used cleaning clothes are stored in the dirty bin after each use or use single use paper towels.

- Mouthed toys bin was not observed in the pre-school room.Make sure that mouthed toys are placed in a separate bin and cleaned/disinfected before making them available to other children.
