    • F1.2 Are proper temperature controls maintained to ensure safe storage and display of foods?
      • Observation(s): 1) Observed several opened bottles of condiments stored at room temperature that indicate refrigeration is required after opening on the label. Please ensure the storage instructions indicated on the label are adhered to. 2) Observed the residential fridge closest to the oven to have an internal temperature of 18°C, as displayed on an internal thermometer. The ambient temperature of the fridge ranged from 7.3°C to 13.1°C, as displayed on the EHO's infrared thermometer. The internal temperature of food items ranged from 7.8°C to 11°C. There were no temperature records onsite and so it was unknown when the fridge was last within proper temperature. Staff discarded all potentially hazardous foods stored in the fridge at the time of inspection. Operator is to have a service technician repair the fridge and must not store potentially hazardous food items in the fridge until it is capable of maintaining temperatures at 4°C or less.
      • F1.2B Potentially hazardous foods must be stored or displayed at a temperature of 4 °C (40 °F) or colder.
    • F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
      • Observation(s): Observed the chlorine test strips onsite to be expired. Obtain chlorine test strips that are within expiry.
      • F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): Observed the prepared chlorine solution to have a concentration of 0ppm. Chlorine must be maintained at a concentration of 100ppm to adequately sanitize surfaces.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): A number of personal food items were observed stored throughout the kitchen area. Operator is to designate specific storage areas for personal items that are separate from business areas (e.g., dedicated shelves, bins, etc.).
      • F2.5E Equipment or materials not required for food related operations must be removed from the premises.

    My husband and I got the fully loaded ice cream basket, and it was worth it. The price felt fair for how much ice cream and how many sweets came with it. Each basket was creative and had its own little goodies, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend.

    This Deli is a little gem. We had Peppery Paneer pizza, samosa, and pastry last weekend and they were delicious. I have also tried their other veggie pizza which was fabulous - Loved their herbal dough a lot! Hardworking owners present special Indian-style pizza as well as other Asian fusions for the neighborhood and WL~ can't wait to order again!

    Had the pepperoni pizza with paneer and the ginger beef noodles. All was very good! The pizza was next level homemade with this unbeatable cheese crisp and flavour. I also didn’t get a stomach ache after 👌🏻 anyone wanting to try the food should definitely go in and do so!
