This outdoor area where food handling was occurring did not have a hand wash sink available. Set up either a temporary or mobile hand wash sink in the vicinity of the outdoor area used to prepare food. Ensure availability of a hand wash sink whenever food handling areas are separated from where the mobile sink is located.
