      • New lemon squeezing equipment is stored within the splash zone of the handwashing. - Store away from the hand sink or install a splash guard to the right side of the handwashing sink to prevent cross contamination.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • No air-drying rack for manual dishwashing provided. Utensils were air drying in the sanitizing sink. -Please install a rack.
