      • -A build-up of grease and food debris is present: around the grill area, between food equipment. -Splashes of food debris is present on the ceiling tiles.-Random build up is present around the dishwashing sinks, and underneath on the walls and floors.-Dirt and debris needs to be removed on floors, corners, and edges where it has accumulated.
