Staff corrected this onsite by removing the spoon.Please use an appropriate method for storing rice spoons when not in use, such as placing them in a sanitizer bucket or an ice bath, to prevent contamination.

- March 7, 2024 update:- Same violation noted today. Rice must be re-heated to 74 degrees Celsius BEFORE being placed in hot holding unit. Foods in hot holding must be maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or greater.Rice in hot holding unit measured 45 degrees Celsius.Water below containers of rice only measured 58 degrees Celsius.Hot food must be maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or greater.Product removed and reheated in microwave at time of inspection.
