- August 25th, 2023: 1 dead adult, and 4 dead nymph cockroaches were observed on a monitoring glue board trap located by the mop sink dated 8/17. Please continue with the pest control program to abate the pest issue.Some cockroaches observed on pest monitoring sticky traps in the facility. Ensure that adequate pest control activity is taking place in the facility. May 31st, 2023: 1 nymph and 1 adult cockroach were observed on a monitoring glue board. July 25th, 2023: 1 nymph cockroach were observed on a monitoring glue board by the mop sink. Please continue to work with the pest control company to abate the issue.

- August 29th, 2023:- The facility is in the process of designing a barrier for the mop sink. The mop sink is located less than 10 ft. away from food prep/handling stations. Packaged burger buns on a rack were are also stored directly next to the open mop sink.- Please install barriers that is at least 5 feet tall to prevent contamination from splashing.
