      • The hand sink near the dishwasher was blocked by a metal tray. Ensure the designated hand sink is available at all times for staff to perform hand hygiene. Refrain from placing any articles not related to hand hygiene near the hand sink. The operator removed the metal tray at the time of the inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There was a significant number of flies seen at the facility around the dishwasher. The presence of pests must be controlled to ensure the facility is free from pest infestation.Contact a pest control professional to address the issues related to the flies. Ensure all food is covered to prevent attraction of pests.
