- Flour bag stored on the floor in the back storage area Please ensure all food is stored at least 6 inches above the floor to protect it from contamination as moisture can disintegrate the bottom of the bag when mopping. The operator placed the flour on a crate at the time of the inspection.

- Pineapples and olives stored inside open cans in the walk-in cooler. Food should not be stored in cans once opened as they can corrode over time, and they are not easily cleanable. Once the can is open, use all the food content inside, discard it, or place into another container.

- Glassware placed inside the handwash sink. The handwash sink must always be readily available and should not be used for any other purposes other than performing hand hygiene. The operator removed the glassware from the hand sink at the time of the inspection.

Please finish the construction and seal the drywall/wood such that it is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture. 2) The wall beside the walk-in cooler is worn and unfinished. Please repair the wall such that it is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

- Fruit was stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Please ensure all food is stored elevated off of the floor to protect from contamination.

- The facility is using a chlorine-based surface sanitizer but does not have chlorine test strips. Please obtain chlorine test strips to be able to test and verify the concentration of the chlorine sanitizer solutions.

- The paper towel for the hand sink is not stored in a dispenser. Please install a proper paper towel dispenser to protect the paper towel from contamination.
