- 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
- 1. Baseboard to the left of reprocessing sink is loose. Repair so that area is easy to clean. 2. Tile backsplash behind handwashing sink in main area is coming off wall. Repair to ensure area is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.3. A wooden board was used on back storage self as solid surface. The wood was unfinished. Replace with non-absorbent material or paint the wood so it is non-porous and easy to clean.

- A spray bottle containing soap and water was labelled as Lysol. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure all cleaning bottles are correctly labeled to prevent misuse.
