      • Paper towel at hand sink by microwave was empty. It was restocked during the inspection. Ensure hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Main areas of facility were clean. However some cleaning was required on floor in hard to reach areas under prep tables, under dishwashing sink and under shelving. Ensure these areas are cleaned.April 23, 2026 - Some cleaning had been completed. Flooring under shelving in side storage area and close to front hand sink still requires cleaning.

      • Hand soap at handwashing sink next to microwave was inaccessible as microwave had been pushed directly under dispenser. Move microwave so that soap is accessible and sink can be used for handwashing.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a carpet mat by desk at back next to clean dishes rack. Remove mat as it is not easy to clean. Floors must be smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

      • Main areas of facility were clean. However some cleaning was required on floor in hard to reach areas under prep tables, under dishwashing sink and under shelving. Ensure these areas are cleaned.

      • Hand sink across from stand up coolers was blocked by rack at beginning of inspection. This was moved during the inspection. Ensure hand sink is always accessible.
