    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Both kitchen and service area handwashing sinks, cold tap was not operational as the tap handle was removed (operator said the handle was not connecting with the base). Operator has already purchased replacement sinks and installation is forthcoming.-Ensure cold water is available at taps for handwashing-Kitchen has another sink that can be used temporarily for handwashing
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • In the white fridge in the kitchen, the rails on the door (to hold condiments in) were held together with tape.-Remove the tape as it is not a cleanable surface. Repair, replace, or remove the rails
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Hard-to-reach areas on the floor around the edges of the kitchen have an accumulation of grease and debris.-Thoroughly clean
