      • OSC/Kinder - Baseboards were missing in some areas. (painting was in process when daycare is closed)

      • 1) Baby room - one light burned out. Bulb replacement required. Please ensure all light bulbs are operational.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • 1) Baby Room - screws on the left side of the right crib were becoming loose. Repair required.

      • 1) Some toys and bins throughout the program were observed to be dirty (especially large toys). Please ensure toys are thoroughly cleaned with soap and water prior to rinsing and disinfecting on a weekly basis.2) Preschool Bathroom - The sink in the preschool bathroom was visibly dirty. Thorough cleaning required.3) Baby room - the fridge in the baby room was monitored at 9.2C which is too warm. Please ensure the fridge is capable of maintaining less than 4C.
