- There are visible gaps between the floor and the bottom of the kitchen entrance door. Repair or replace the weather stripping on this door to prevent pest entry.

- Mice droppings were found inside the cabinet beneath the 2-compartment sink and flooring behind the stove.- Use bleach solution/disinfectant to clean up all mice droppings in the kitchen.-Conduct a thorough assessment of all walls in the kitchen and seal up any identified openings. Holes on wall around plumbing underneath sinks should be sealed.- Ensure all exterior doors to the school are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry.
