      • Hand wash temperatures reached up to 62C(room C) throughout the facility both classroom hand sinks and washroom hand sinks.. ie) OSC washrooms reached 55C, both sinks in room D measured 56C, sink in Kinder room 55C.Where a child has access to a faucet the max allowable temperature from the fixture must not exceed 49C. Check all taps, adjust, install mixing values to ensure safe hand wash temperature.

      • Room B: Scissors sticking out of a jar type container resting against the diaper change pad* Only diapering related items on the change padDirector had the staff remove the scissors.

      • Due to slab separation there are large gaps along the walls in the washrooms making it difficult to clean the area* Install a bendable type trim similar to what is present but wider so that the perimeter of washrooms can be properly cleaned, This is also applicable to the childcare rooms as needed.

      • Toilet bowl cleaner was accessible in the cupboard area under handwash sinks in both washrooms used by the baby/toddler/preschool roomsDirector removed and put away in maintenance cupboard away from childcare areas.
