    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Various implements used a scoops are left in product for ongoing use including rice and beans bins. Public Health Significance - While handles of the scoops were not in direct contact with the foods, they may fall over and improper storage expose foods to bare hand contact and potential contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Store scoops outside of bins in a clean container or in the scoop holder on the inside of the lid for the bins.
