      • **Repeat Violation**1. Wax was not being removed from bulk supply in a manner to prevent contamination, dirty single wax applicator was being reused for multiple clients.-Please do not use unclean/dirty applicator to remove cosmetic product from bulk container to prevent contamination. -Also, do not double dip. Wax applicator such as popsicle sticks should be used as single -use disposable item.2. The waxing station was dirty, covered with layer of hair residues.-Please clean the waxing station and keep it free of hair residues at all times.
